African-American male. Black hair, brown eyes. Moten has a tattoo covering his upper chest and his upper left arm, of a black and gray design featuring clouds, the name "Julian", the Bible verse Roman 8:28, a dove, and a sign for Highway 59; the only color in the tattoo is a red and green rose. Moten's nickname is Dre. He has a scar on his right eyebrow. His hair was styled in twisted dreadlocks at the time of his disappearance.
